Syrup Cupcakes

Ingredients

1 1/2 cups Sugar
1 teaspoon Nutmeg
1 cup Boiling water with
2 teaspoons Soda
1 1/3 cups Oil
3 Eggs
2 3/4 cups Flour
1 teaspoon Cinnamon

Method

Mix first 6 ingredients in large mixing bowl then add: 1 cup boiling water with 2 tsp soda added to it. Stir well, then add gradually 2 3/4 cups flour. Bake in 9x13 inch pan at 350 for 40-45 min. Bake in 2 round pans at 350 for 30-35 min. Bake as cupcakes at 325 for 20-25 min.
