Chocolate Cupcakes with Cream Cheese and Chocolate Chip Fill

Ingredients

CHOCOLATE MIXTURE
3 cups Flour
2 cups Sugar
1/2 cup Cocoa
2/3 cup Oil ( I have substituted
2 teaspoons Soda
2 cups Water
2 teaspoons White vinegar
2 teaspoons Vanilla
FILLING
1 pk (8 oz) cream cheese
1 Egg
1/3 cup Sugar
1/2 teaspoon Salt
1 pk (6 oz) semi-sweet choc.

Method

Mix chocolate mixture ingredients well. Beat filling ingredients. Fill paper cups 1/2 full with chocolate mixture. Drop heaping teaspoon full of filling in the middle of each. Bake 350 for 25 minutes. 36 cupcakes 102 calories each.
