Banana Spice Cupcakes

Ingredients

1 1/4 cups Sifted flour
1 1/4 teaspoons Baking powder
1/4 teaspoon Baking soda
1/4 teaspoon Salt
1 dash Cloves; (opt)
1/2 teaspoon Cinnamon
1/4 teaspoon Nutmeg
1/2 cup Crisco
1/2 cup Plus 2Tbsp. sugar
1 Egg
1/2 teaspoon Vanilla extract
3/4 cup Mashed bananas
BANANA FROSTING
1/4 cup Mashed bananas
1/4 teaspoon Lemonjuice
1 cup Confectioners sugar

Method

Mix all ingredients together, spoon into paper lined muffin pan and bake 20 minutes at 375 degrees. Cool completely and frost with banana frosting (following) Sorry I didnt have the yield marked down.
